This is by far the worst services I have ever encountered. When I first took my car in for a simple tune up, I had trouble telling who worked there and who was a customer. After 10 minutes of standing around, someone finally asked me what I needed. A man took my keys and took off with my car. I live close by so I would periodically check in with where my car was in the process. When I drove by I saw that it had not moved from the same spot for two days. I finally showed up and demanded to have my keys back, only to see 4 employees in an empty car bay and my car still parked out on the side of the street. Finally, the man gave me back my keys without any question and I headed out to my car. When I got to my car I found that the door had been left open in the middle of the street with dirty fingerprints and rags in the interior. Worse than when I left it there and they didn't do any repair to it!!!! I would never suggest to a friend or an enemy that these people service their cars. The level of incompetence is amazing there. This place has lost my business and my friend's business as well. Please do not make the same mistake that I made by bringing your car to these obviously inadequate repairmen.
